D1, who is 12 years old, and D1's cousin (D2), who is 13 years old, were bored so they decided to temporarily take V1's vehicle and go joyriding.

The defendants brought the vehicle back and V1, who is D1's mother, wanted to press charges. Both defendants were arrested and taken to the Family Resource Center.Director Quann was advised of the incident.

D1 lives at a transient camp with V1 and V2. D1 became upset with V1 because she was using one of his lit candles.

D1 became enraged and began chasing V1 with a metal stand while saying he was going to kill her. V2 intervened to stop the attack.

D1 began throwing items at V1, which ended up striking V2's foot. D1 was arrested for all applicable offenses and taken to VCBJ.

A 54-year-old male was found deceased by family. V1 had a history of stage 4 cancer that had been rapidly spreading throughout his body.

Deputies were unable to get in touch with his doctor due to weekend hours. The family-arranged funeral home was contacted and responded. Nothing suspicious was observed and there was no history of narcotics use.

Bar employees separated both parties until deputies’ arrival. V1 only sustained a minor injury and D1 went to jail for the applicable offense.

D1 decided to pay for some items and nefariously concealed several other things without the intent to pay for them. In all, D1 stole $23.15 worth of merchandise.

After being taken into custody, he was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. D1 admitted to the offenses and was subsequently taken to VCBJ.
