Carrying one mike stand is annoying, more than that; I needed 4 arms. This bag is perfect for long, hard to carry items. I use it to carry three mic stands, a music stand, power strip, mic mask, a few other odds and ends and still had some room! The material is heavy duty, stitching well done, and the handles are formed into an arc. As the handles have a stiff core, they are easy to grasp, no fumbling to find them. The bag also comes with a carry strap. This is more than just a "bag", being more of a case due to the hard floor and stiff material. The zipper is large, sturdy, and works easily. When I upgrade my system to include speakers and stands, I will absolutely be getting another one for the speaker stands.

I got this bag to consolidate my stands, getting tired of carrying them all separate.
I put a speaker stand, a mic stand, a monitor stand, 2 guitar stands and all my extension cords in this bag.
There is room for more stuff, but this is how I use it right now.
It is nicely padded, I don't hesitate to put things on top of it when transporting. Love how it gives me a grab n go option.
When I grab this bag I know I am ready to go, everything is in it. I reserve the stands for for gigs only, that way I know I have everything when I load up.
Would highly recommend this bag, don't leave home without it!

This is a great bag that works perfectly as advertised. It's not padded, but it's sturdy enough to keep everything safe. I'm a working musician. I got this bag to carry a few things.. mic stand, guitar stand, and speaker stand. I was tired of juggling them in from the car. There wasn't too much, so I didn't know if this longer 50" model was going to be too much bag, but I'm glad I did. With the extra space, I ended up throwing in some other smaller items that I have to carry into the gig. By having enough room to carry the stands, and still have space to add other gig stuff, It saved me a trip to the parking lot. And anyone who hauls in equipment into a gig will tell you, that anything that saves a trip out to the car is a good thing. Bottom line.. this is a sturdy bag (with a sturdy zipper, by the way) that does the job, that's looks like it will last a long time.

I've had good and bad experiences with On-Stage brand gear. This bag is definitely a good buy. Single zipper is quicker than two for a pair of speaker stands and the center divider keeps them from knocking into each other pretty well.

Use for five foldable tripod boom stands. Does the job, well padded. Single compartment with a divider; although divider isn't as well padded it at least keeps half your stands from banging into the other half. I have used for a handful of gigs now and I recommend it. Seems well made. No problem with stitching or zippers.

These bags are heavily padded and work great for carrying mic stands, drum hardware, etc. Obviously they aren't as tough as hardshell cases, but they are surprisingly high quality for a padded gig bag and I consider them more than adequate for protecting mic stands and other durable equipment that will be loaded securely.

This bag is like Mary Poppins bag. It is great to be able to put so much equipment in one bag. Save on the trips in and out to the car. Super heavy duty fabric and zipper! Plus, if you are like me, its nice to not have everything falling about in the back of the SUV on the way to a gig.

High quality materials and made very well, too. Large-tooth zipper. Perfectly fit my boom mic stand, my guitar stand, cords, 7-harmonica case, mics, and a few other pieces of gear. A nice surprise was the extra padding on the bottom inside where one side of it flips up to be a protective divider. Somebody was thinking when they designed this bag. I wish the other side of the bottom did the same, so I could have 3 sections in the bag, but that really is not big deal. I'm really impressed with this bag.

This speaker stand bag doubles as a great mic stand bag. I use it for 4 mic stands and it works very well. Mic stands are a little hard to carry by themselves easily pinching fingers or hands, placing them inside this bag makes transporting much easier. The heavy duty handles are large enough to be placed over your shoulders and carried like a back pack if need be. The bag also helps protect the mic stands. The bag provides a great inexpensive means for mic stand transport and storage, I highly recommend this as a solution.

We used the bag to haul mic stands and guitar stands. The bag worked great and was able to handle 3 mic stand & 3 guitar stands with room to spare. I intend to use it for 2 speaker stands in the future. Construction seems durable (only used it once so far). Based upon other reviews I removed the shoulder strap and I am just using the 2 handles for carrying. Would recommend this bag

I bought these as they are advertised to optionally hold 6 mic stands and they do that with room to spare although the weight gets pretty heavy depending on the style of mic stands. The build quality appears to be very good and the fabric rugged but time will tell how they hold up. I hope the straps don't rip at the seams as happened after only a few uses with a Roadrunner keyboard bag that I have.

Buy this bag ! Very durable and well built. It holds my 2 Samson PA stands perfectly. I'm going to buy another one for my 5 mic stands. Love these bags. This is my 3rd one in about 15 yrs. I use it for my long cymbals stands and hi-hats so that I don't have to break them down. I have a heavy gig schedule, and this is a great lightweight but well-padded case for those stands.
Sturdy although my last bag didn't last as long as my first as the seams started to come apart at the zipper only months after purchase (that's why only 4-stars). Still managed to get years out of it before it progressed to where I needed to replace. Hoping this new one lasts and wears more like the first which wore out at the bottom before I needed to replace. E

This is the second bag in 6 years, lasted through some rough tours. I have used these bags in an overload fashion a few times. The only problems I have with them is the handle stitching comes loose and the zippers break. I have to see how long this new one goes for. Over all a good bag.

I just bought this item because I was tired of clumsily loading in/out all of my various stands for gigs. I *was* going to just make one, since I'm pretty handy... but it never made it off my to-do list so I just bit the bullet and bought this instead. It's a great size actually, I use it for my speaker stands, 2-mic stands, and fairly heavy duty music stand. I seems well constructed, but only time will tell if it holds up regular use (which is why didn't give it a 5-star rating).

Really a very nice gig bag. Heavy material, zipper and handles. Plenty of room for a mic stand, guitar stand, cables and even a laptop in a padded bag. The only compliant is the shoulder strap. The way it's designed the bag hangs down and bangs against the back of your calf while you're walking. I'm thinking about adding a D-ring a foot and a half down from the top to attach the strap like a rifle strap and then it may qualify for a five star rating.

It's a bag: Sturdy cloth, sturdy zippers, comfortable handles well attached. Comes with a shoulder strap. We got 15 years out of our last one.

Have used this in the past and are good protection for the money. Weak part is the zipper as rough usage will lead to a failure.

It"s a good stand just got it great for a starter or having it for a back up.

I have two of these bags: one for a pair of Ultimate Support speaker stands and the other holding four K&M mic boom stands. These are high-quality stands and therefore rather heavy. The design of the On-Stage bags is PERFECT! I just wish so badly that they were made with well-reinforced seams. I gig out about twice per month, I treat my gear pretty well, and I'm already seeing the seams pulling apart below the handle on one and at the end on another. It's interesting to me how SW denotes three stars as "Really Good!" Maybe at this $30 price point, one could say that, but I'm not just after a cheap price! I would be happy to pay twice as much for these bags if they were made extra rugged and durable so that I could expect them to last 10-15 years. This is my problem with our bargain-basem*nt world - sometimes I'm willing to pay good money for high quality and it just can't be found. If someone could suggest another manufacturer with bags that are designed just like these, but with better construction quality, I'm all ears! If not for the quality, I would give these 5 stars.

The bag is ok, but the hand straps are not attached to the bag very well. One ripped the first time we used it. Under engineered for a bag made to carry heavy metal stands around.

I own 2 of these bags. They lasted about a year or so, with comparatively light use. They both started falling apart within a month. Used them to carry mic stands in one and speaker stands in another, for a professional portable sound system. One of them needs the stitching that holds the zipper repaired. I decided to replace the bag with another brand. This bag works well but did not last long.
